Vasanti Niwas brings the sea to your doorstep, offering you, your family and friends, an excellent sea-view accommodation. The beach is a beautiful stretch of silver sands and is calm and secure. The rooms are well maintained, comfortably furnished, with required amenities. Most of our guests drive-in, hence there is ample parking space for your vehicles.
The facilities have been recently upgraded, assuring more comfort for our guests.
You can either have fun in the sands or relax in privacy under the shade of our very own coconut grove next to the beach. Do sample the authentic Malvani cuisine prepared and served at the neighbouring inns and restaurants.

It’s family run, so there is a personal touch to the needs of all our guests. The homestay was an initiative taken by Mr. Ramchandra Patil, who is an Ex. Air Force personnel and his wife Mrs. Vasanti Patil. It’s MTDC approved, and is one of the most sought after homestays in Malvan.
